1. Who we are
This website and the free training it offers are provided by VM Digital Consulting LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States ("we", "us", "our"), the company behind Cryptic Hustle. We are the controller of the personal information described here. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Contact: support@cryptichustle.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us: your first name and email address when you sign up for the free training, and any messages you send us.
Information collected automatically: when you sign up we record the date and time, your approximate country (from your IP address), the page you signed up on, the website or ad that sent you (including campaign tags in the link), and your browser type. Our hosting provider also processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the website.
3. How we use it
- To give you access to the free training.
- To send you emails about the training, our education and our offers. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.
- To understand which ads and pages bring people to the training, and to improve them.
- To answer your messages.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet our legal obligations.
4. Legal bases (UK, EU and similar laws)
We rely on: your consent, which you give when you sign up and can withdraw at any time; our legitimate interests (running, securing and improving the website and our marketing, balanced against your rights); and our legal obligations.
5. Tools used on this website
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and stores the details you enter in the sign-up form in a database run by Cloudflare on our behalf.
- Google Fonts (Google): the fonts on this page load from Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details when the page loads. See policies.google.com/privacy.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms): a small piece of code from Meta that tells Meta when you visit this page and when you sign up for the free training. Meta receives your IP address, browser details and a cookie identifier, and may connect this with your Facebook or Instagram account. We use it to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who have visited. You can control this in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings (facebook.com/adpreferences), and see Meta's policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
The Meta Pixel uses cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. This website does not use session-recording tools.
6. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with companies that help us run the website and our emails, under contract and for the purposes above: website hosting and storage (Cloudflare), advertising measurement (Meta, through the Meta Pixel described in section 5) and our email provider. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up details for as long as you stay subscribed to our emails, and for a reasonable period afterwards to keep a record of your unsubscribe request and meet legal requirements. After that we delete or anonymise it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict some processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email support@cryptichustle.com. We will not treat you differently for using them. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
You can unsubscribe from our emails with the link in any of them.
10. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
11. Children
This website is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its date. Questions and requests: support@cryptichustle.com. VM Digital Consulting LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.
